Arthur Torrey was re-elected for his third term in the Billerica Town Meeting, as a representative of Precinct 11. He was also re-elected to be Vice-Chair of the Rules Committee. William Goggin ran for the first time, and was elected, to the Walpole Town Meeting, as a representative of Precinct 2. We congratulate these Libertarian candidates on their victories.
